Bangkok Condos at 50% Off

The broker for four Bangkok area condominium projects recently announced that it will offer large discounts – up to 50 percent – as it works to close sales on the buildings. The properties are more than 80 percent sold and the owners are looking to complete sales by offering these great deals through the project broker, Harrison.

The four projects are Saint Louis Grand Terrace, which has a total of 245 units; @CitySukhumvit101/1, with 799 units; Waterford Sukhumvit 50 with 738 units; and The Master Centrium Asoke, the smallest of the projects with 79 units. There are varying numbers of units that will be sold at each of these projects. The properties that the owners want to sell off will be offered at an auction on March 28-29, set to take place at each of the respective projects in Bangkok.

The auction will begin with prices that represent a 50 percent discount from the asking price, and bidding will be open for two hours. The starting price for the units will be as low as Bt850,000. Siam Commercial Bank will be on hand to help finance the purchases and extend credit.
