Luxurious Koh Yao Noi, Thailand

In the middle of Phang Nga Bay between Phuket and Krabi is the island of Koh Yao Noi. This small island has not yet seen the large development of Phuket and other popular destinations, but there are several posh resorts already located here with some more on the way. The island is most well known for the Six Senses Hideaway Yao Noi resort, a five star retreat.

Villaguna Residence and Spa is launching a luxury villa development on the east coast of the island with a total of 33 villas from one to three bedrooms. This will be the first luxury residential resort on Koh Yao Noi. Villaguna Director Partick Endelicher was interviewed recently by Property Report and said:

“Koh Yao Noi is a destination for a niche market. With the presence of Six Senses, I felt the island would maintain its status as a high-end tourist destination and therefore would be a good location to create a beachfront resort residence development.”

The island has daily boat service to and from Phuket, and Six Senses is also expected to launch its own resort residences for sale in the near future.
